Note: These are the terms of the website. The license/purchase terms for the iOS application are governed by the App Store and Apple.
If in-app subscriptions or services are offered outside the App Store, additional consumer information provisions will apply.
1. Definitions
- Website – the Monitor KSeF website including all sub-pages.
- User – any person accessing the Website.
- Service Provider – the entity operating the Website (details available on the Legal Information page).
2. Rules of Use
- The User may use the Website in a manner consistent with applicable law and good practice.
- It is prohibited to provide unlawful content or to engage in activities that could disrupt the operation of the Website (e.g. load testing without prior consent).
- The Website is informational in nature and does not require account registration.
3. Privacy and Cookies
The rules governing personal data processing are described in the Privacy Policy, and the rules on the use of cookies are set out in the Cookie Policy.
4. Liability
The Website is provided "as is." The Service Provider shall not be liable for interruptions in availability caused by circumstances beyond its control (e.g. infrastructure failures).
